DigitalFish has an immediate need for a Software Engineer - Unity/AR to help us create the future of user experiences in mixed reality (AR/VR/MR).

Responsibilities

  • Author new experiences for a proprietary AR platform
  • Take ownership of technical issues and lead the team to resolve them
  • Architect pipeline to efficiently stream, transform and render 3D data from a backend service
  • Manage optimization in Unity for release to desktop and mobile devices
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions
  • Document common problems and resolutions in support of future efforts
  • Help drive cross-disciplinary efforts to invent the future of human-computer interaction

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or related engineering field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional development experience in C++/C#
  • 3+ years experience in large-scale projects for VR, games, VFX, broadcast or film
  • Strong Unity and general programming skills
  • Experience with software-architecture and algorithm design
  • Good understanding of 3D graphics fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Self-motivated with strong communications skills and able to work both in a team and independently
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
