| has been shaping and executing corporate marketing and sales plans for fifteen years. During seven years at Intuit, Georg served as Director of Marketing for Quicken, leading a 25-person marketing team and growing $135 million in revenues while directing all aspects of marketing, including brand, web, advertising, PR, direct marketing, and retail and channel sales. Also at Intuit, Georg served as Director of Sales and Channel Marketing, beating Microsoft in the launch of a new tax software product, growing his account revenue at twice the rate of overall company growth, and turning around a 5-year slide in OEM sales to HP and Dell. Prior to Intuit, Georg was Marketing Manager at Sprint PCS, where he helped launch the Sprint PCS wireless phone service in Northern California. Before Sprint, Georg worked in media planning for global agencies DMB&B and Ketchum Communications, partnering with a wide range of clients in the US and Europe, including P&G, Kraft Foods, Blockbuster Video, Burger King, Bank of America and Pacific Bell. |
